We are a family owned company who loves the beach like so many others. Seashell Palace and Seashell Palace 2 sit next door to each other, a block and a half from public beach access, and each one is set up so nobody in your group runs out of things to do. Heated pool and hot tub out back. Mini golf and a putting green wrapped around the patio. A game room for the rainy afternoon. Cornhole and giant chess in a fully fenced yard the dogs can have to themselves.

We look after them ourselves, which is why the beach cart is stocked, the coffee bar is filled and the yard is fenced properly for the dogs. When you book direct with us you deal with us, not a call center, and you keep the money that would otherwise go to a booking platform.

A block and a half, which is a 2 to 3 minute walk to public beach access. Seashell Palace 2 has a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear so you can carry everything down in one trip.
At Seashell Palace 2 the heated saltwater pool is included at no extra cost. At Seashell Palace, pool heat needs to be requested in advance and carries a daily charge, with 87 degrees the warmest setting available. The hot tub at both homes is hot year round at no charge.
Yes, up to two dogs are welcome. Both homes have a fully fenced yard and we provide pet bowls and waste bags. A $150 pet fee applies per pet. We are not able to accept cats or other animals.
Yes. Year round there is a refundable $350 hold placed on your card through our property management system. During spring break, March 5 to April 20, that rises to a refundable $500 deposit. If no damage is found the hold is released and funds returned within three days of checkout.
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund, less a $100 taxable cancellation fee. Cancel more than 15 days before arrival and 50 percent is refunded, less the same fee. Within 15 days of arrival no refund is issued.
Check in is by smart lock, so there is no key handover and no waiting around. There are three exterior cameras: one at the front door and driveway, one on the backyard gate, and one on the pool equipment. No common area is ever under surveillance.
Yes. Booked together the two homes become Seashell Kingdom and sleep up to 22, with two pools, two hot tubs, two game rooms, two mini golf courses and two full kitchens. Call us on 850-252-0626 and we will set it up.
